These passes will not be available for online and can be purchased at the registration table with cash or credit card.

Our host venue, the Crowne Plaza Hotel in North Austin, has delivered us a very good room rate for this event. Staying at the hotel for a convention like this is a wonderful experience, as events often go well into the evening. Plus, then you can enjoy yourself responsibly at the hotel’s bar as well!

The Crowne Plaza is a wonderful hotel with over 10,000 sq ft of event space, an outdoor pool, a restaurant and a large bar and lounge, all located just minutes from downtown Austin or the new hip place to shop and eat, The Domain. Another nice feature of the hotel is that sleeping rooms are separated from the event space, which means you can hit the hay as early as you’d like without worrying about the party going on downstairs.
